Superleaders – Leadership Offsite

This leadership offsite was designed in partnership with Dr. Daniel Crosby to support the development of Clearlink employees and a broader group of professionals from the Salt Lake City community.

The event theme centered on superheroes, so the creative direction connected that idea to familiar workplace moments such as informal conversations, team collaboration, and preparing for important meetings. The goal was to make the theme engaging while keeping it grounded in real leadership behavior.

We supported the event through creative direction, visual design, and video production. The final video captured the energy of the offsite and created a concise recap of the experience, the message, and the impact of the event.
