This employee story was created to highlight the impact of kindness, support, and connection inside the organization.

After several employees came together to help a coworker, the story became an opportunity to show how simple actions can have a meaningful effect on someone’s life. We captured interviews and video footage quickly, with the focus placed on the people and the moment rather than polished production.

The goal was not to create a highly produced film. The goal was to tell a true story in a clear, human way.

The result was a meaningful internal video that celebrated employee character, reinforced company culture, and reminded people of the impact they can have on one another.
