LeadTech is a complete 14 point leadership competency model developed specifically for Spring Mobile.

The model was completed in ~4 months after intensive interviews, surveys and analytics.  Once created the program needed an identity and communication platform.

I created the competency model, the logo, website, presentation templates and print documents for the program.  LeadTech is a fine example of a program which exemplifies company culture and values.
