The winds are calm allowing you to hear the soft sounds of the river. As your line slowly uncurls and gently lands on the water with the fly barely touching the surface you feel the distinct excitement as the water moves and the tug reaches your fingers.

Your heart deflates as the giggles and jokes begin pouring into your ears. For all your trouble, a foul hook in a fin.
