Great Leaders Care was created to show how strong leadership is experienced by employees across the organization.

The project used assessments, interviews, surveys, and a random sampling of employees from multiple departments to better understand what made leaders feel effective, trusted, and supportive. The stories were consistent and powerful. Employees rarely pointed to large rewards, special treatment, or big gestures. They talked about the small, everyday actions that showed their leaders cared.

We brought those insights together into a video that highlighted the real behaviors employees valued most.

The result was a thoughtful leadership story that reinforced a simple but important message: great leaders show they care through consistent, human moments that build trust over time.
