LeadTech is a 14 point leadership competency model developed for Spring Mobile to define what strong leadership looked like across the organization.

The work began with interviews, surveys, and analytics to understand the behaviors, expectations, and leadership qualities that mattered most to the business. Over the course of four months, those insights were shaped into a practical competency model that reflected Spring Mobile’s culture, values, and leadership needs.

Once the model was complete, the program needed a clear identity and communication platform. DS Studio created the LeadTech name, logo, website, presentation templates, and supporting print materials to help leaders understand, adopt, and apply the model.

LeadTech became more than a competency framework. It became a branded leadership system that connected company values to everyday leadership behavior.
