Effective leaders need to be able to effectively implement HR processes and practices.

We designed a program to efficiently provide the core knowledge to our leaders. HR processes and practices are not sexy. That’s the way it is. So, to make the program fun and engaging we used a potato head as a metaphor for the program.

To create the imagery/branding around the program, I decided to go with an anatomy dissection poster… with a potato head. Each piece/limb was photographed separately and brought back together in PS. I laid out the actual poster in ID since file sizes became a hinderance.

Definitely a fun project!
